Good morning crafty friends! Today, I have a fun new fall themed project to share with you courtesy or two great companies – Pink and Main and DCWV. Both companies teamed up to bring you tonnes of fall inspiration, and the design teams have been busy! After all, what do you get when you put great stamps and dies together with cute paper – crafty goodness of course!
These little milk carton treat containers are my contribution to the inspiration. I was looking for a way to highlight different types of stamps together with different patterns of papers, and treat containers seemed like a great fit!
These cute little character stamps are from a set called Wild About You which I coloured up with my trusty Copics. And there is a perfect set of dies to match each which makes the tags for this project a breeze! Having said that, I did decide to forgo the use of the die for the little owl so I could actually use another stamp from another set called Thankful for the little branch he is sitting on.This was also the stamp set that I also used for the cute sentiment on the main part of the carton.
if you are wondering about the pretty paper used for the tags and cartons, these all came from a pretty DCWV stack called Autumn Leaves. This stack does not disappoint. the patterns are subtle, the colours are clean and crisp and there is plenty of opportunity to create contrast with the dark navy and pretty wheat colours. And while this stack definitely has a fall feel to it, there is enough variety in the patterns, colours and textures that it is a great general use stack as well!
So there you have it! Now, this is a blog hop, so you know that means there are prizes to be won! So you will want to make sure that you check out the Pink and Main blog as well as the DCWV blog to see what is in store over there. Lisa is up next, so go check out her darling project!
