Time for a Cuddle

Welcome back to day FIVE of our NOVEMBER Kraftin’ Kimmie Peeks! We are thrilled to share the newest set of FOUR stamps from Rachelle! Let’s call it the VALENTINE collection!!! It includes stamps called…. BEAR HUGS, HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!, I {HEART} YOU! AND OWL LOVE!

Today, I couldn’t help but work with the stamp called Bear Hugs!  I think this little guy is so cute!  The heart shape is actually quite large, so I thought it would be fun to add some pattern to that part of the stamp by paper piecing!  If you have never paper pieced before – it is so easy.  Just stamp onto your white paper and onto a piece of patterned paper.  Using your patterned paper, fussy cut the section you want for the image and then glue it on top of the image you stamped on the white paper and VOILA – a little bit of extra detail to your stamp that ties it together really nicely with your card base! 

Since it is Saturday, that also means that it is challenge time at Kraftin’ Kimmie!  This week our challenge hostess is ALICE and her challenge is ANYTHING GOES! So create a card, scrapbook page or altered item with a Kraftin’ Kimmie stamp with no restrictions! We hope you can play along for your chance to WIN some NEW Kraftin’ Kimmie rubbah!!!
