Yesterday, I shared a fun video tutorial on creating a pop-up box card (click here for the tutorial), so I thought it would be fun to show you a version I also created using some fun paper from DCWV’s Alpha Zoo (available at Michaels). If you are not a stamper, but love creating interactive cards, this one is for you!
There are all sorts of fun animal shapes in this stack, so all you need to do to create a fun card is get out the scissors and do a bit of fussy cutting! I chose the monkey and the turtle, but there really are all sorts of possibilities. If you do want to tackle a pop-up box, just think about choosing a lower animal for the front, and a higher one for the back. It will make the layering easier so you can see each of the cute animals!
I created this project as a little workplace welcome card, but wouldn’t this be cute as a baby card or birthday card for a special little person?! I have to admit that I love this stack – I am sure you’ll see a few more projects with this one soon!
Well, hopefully you are having a great start to the week! Thanks for taking a little time out to stop by!
