Pretty Pixies and Fairy Trinkets

Good morning crafty friends!

Today is day two of the Kraftin’ Kimmie previews, and I am so excited to share with you a project featuring a set called Pretty Pixies created by the totally talented Emilie Goulet!!! Emilie has created a fun set of outdoor adventure images for your cards and scrapbook pages! You’re going to get a real kick out of these girls!!

PLUS we are sharing a SECOND set of TRINKETS to go with the Pixie (and maybe some other stamps you have yet to see)…..it’s FAIRY TRINKETS!!!

Pixie-full

I love this little cutie!

Pixie-close-upI had some fun creating a window card with a 2″ cut out, and then placed that stamp across the opening to give a bit of a “floating” appearance.  Her dress and tights were created by stamping the image on patterned paper, fussy cutting the shapes and then layering them on top of the original image.

But that’s not all!

This card wouldn’t be complete without a little sentiment, one I happened to hide on the inside:

Pixie-trinket

The beautiful butterflies on this Trinket were coloured with Copics and then topped off with Stickles and Glossy Accents.  Wouldn’t this be perfect for an easel card too?

All our new MARCH 2013 stamps will be available on Saturday at the Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps Shop!!! And don’t miss the online PAR-TAY to celebrate! Come on back tomorrow because we’ll be revealing two new stamp sets by Cheryl Alger!!!

Thanks for stopping by today, and happy hopping!
